Provident eRegistration™ is a web-based application that provides the integral components for a comprehensive course and student management system.
Anyone with a computer and Internet/Intranet connection can logon to eRegistration using his/her favorite web browser. The eRegistration system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Provident eRegistration™ can be used by private, career-oriented schools, as well as any organization that wants to track employee training.
Administrators can manage corporate accounts, courses, classes, instructors, and students. Reports can be generated that provide class rosters, student transcripts, certificates of achievement, and much more.
Members can enroll in classes, review enrollment history, update their profile information, and review their transcript.
A company Training Point of Contact (TPOC) can enroll members in a class, update member profile data, get detailed training reports, review member transcripts, and much more.
Automatic email notifications are sent whenever a member enrolls in a class.
